Curated Auto Match provides automotive concierge services: vehicle search, deal analysis, negotiation support, and full concierge acquisition. Specific deliverables for each tier are described on the service card at the time of purchase.

We act as your advisor and advocate. We do not sell vehicles and are not a dealership. Final purchase decisions and any vehicle purchase contract are between you and the selling dealer or private seller.

Service fees are listed in USD and charged through Base44 Payments at checkout. Payment is collected before work begins unless otherwise stated in writing.

Wix rejects charges below $0.50; we likewise cannot process sub-dollar transactions.

Because our services involve time and expertise applied from the moment of engagement, fees are generally non-refundable once work has commenced.

If we have not yet started any work and you request cancellation within 48 hours of purchase, we will issue a full refund. Discretionary partial refunds may be considered where little work has been performed.

You agree to provide accurate information about your needs and budget, to respond to our communications in a timely manner, and to make timely decisions so we can act on your behalf.

Delays or inaccuracies on your side may affect the timeline and outcome of our services.

Our services are provided on an advisory basis. We are not liable for the condition, history, or legality of any vehicle you ultimately purchase, nor for the actions of third-party sellers.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fee you paid us for the relevant engagement.

We strive for accuracy and thoroughness, but our services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any guarantee that a specific vehicle will be found or acquired.

All content on this site — text, imagery, design, and the Auto Match brand — is owned by Curated Auto Match and may not be reproduced without permission.

We may revise these terms periodically. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Curated Auto Match operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
